This blog is for notes, gripes, plays, misplays, questions, answers, and observations related to limited play on Magic Online. Specifically, as it relates to members of the clan Limited Understanding.
Please feel free to post and reply to posts. Our clan is only as interesting as we make it. In the end it's not about how many packs we win, it's about helping each other improve over time and enjoying ourselves while we are doing so. To that end, please refrain from personal attacks and non-constructive comments. Criticism can be constructive and is encouraged.
To post messages on this website, I need to put you on the authors list. To do this, msg me on MODO with your email address, and I'll put you on pronto. People that don't do this can still contribute in the meantime by posting replies to the posts of others.
Also, if you can't see something during a trade, click reset.

Path of saved Decks:
XP Version:
[drive letter]:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Wizards of the Coast\Magic Online\3.0\Decks\Tournament Decks
Vista Version:
[drive letter]:\Users\USER\AppData\ Roaming\Wizards of the Coast\Magic Online\3.0\Decks\Tournament Decks
USER = the account logged in
Note that application data or AppData are hidden folders so you will have to have your system set to show those.
To save a text deck, load the .dek file from the above path in the deck editor, click save as, then change "Local Deck" to "Local Text Deck" and choose a much easier to find location in which to save it. If you're going to save the .dek file for later use such as the initiative mentioned in the header, I suggest you save that in an easier to find location with an easier to remember name too.
