USER = the account logged in
Note that application data or AppData are hidden folders so you will have to have your system set to show those.
To save a text deck, load the .dek file from the above path in the deck editor, click save as, then change "Local Deck" to "Local Text Deck" and choose a much easier to find location in which to save it. If you're going to save the .dek file for later use such as the initiative mentioned in the header, I suggest you save that in an easier to find location with an easier to remember name too.

keys to capturing a draft in jing...
- Establish the window size before the draft starts, then pause it until it does.
- Pause the recording between picks until you know what you're picking. You only have 5 minutes for the recording.
- Save it to Screencast's url option, then just make a link in your blog post.
